1) Clients describe their current needs and we complete an assessment application that will help us fulfill their need to hire a Nanny, Housekeeper, etc.
2) We recruit and screen both local and out of area applicants to meet the specific needs of each and every family.
3) Our agency conducts in-person interviews at our office in Irving. All candidates must provide documentation of legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
4) A minimum of 3 relevant and professional references are then obtained on every selected applicant via phone. We also verify the previous employment, education, and identity of each candidate.
5) Our agency provides families a summary profile of each recommended candidate and we then work with the family to schedule desired candidate interviews at their residence, our office, or other neutral location.
6) Our agency sends the complete candidate file to the family for review prior to their scheduled interview. Clients can then view reference checks, applications, questionnaires, interview questions and answers, resumes, transcripts, certifications, etc.
7) After Clients decide who to hire, our agency then continues with criminal background checks and drug testing of the chosen candidate. All Nanny candidates must also be CPR certified and provide a state driver safety record prior to placement.
8) When a decision is made and agreed upon between all parties, a placement agreement is finalized and our one-time fee is then due from the Client prior to a candidate beginning employment.
10) We offer both 1- and 2-year guarantees on our placements. If a replacement is necessary, we provide that services free of charge, for any reason excluding Client relocation or major changes in job descriptions or work schedule.
